Bookkeeper

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and deposits.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Maintain general ledger and financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and track business expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist external accountants with tax preparation and audits.
