Position Overview:
This Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting activities using NetSuite and other financial tools.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Process approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts
  • Work closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
  • Assist in extending and managing customer lines of credit
  • Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly)
