Bookkeeper – In Office (Not Remote)

At Burch Dental Partners, we are looking for a detail-oriented and growth-minded Bookkeeper to support our expanding organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to financial processes, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to contribute to a growing, multi-location business.

Schedule
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Fridays: As needed
*30 min Lunch breaks

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all accounting functions within QuickBooks
  • Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial records are complete and up to date
  • Categorize and review transactions to maintain clean financial data
  • Serve as a point of contact with financial institutions and vendors
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes
  • Support additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned
