Accounting & DMV Clerk | Bennington, VT

Coggins Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for an Accounting & DMV Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being an important part of a busy dealership team.

This isn’t just a data-entry desk job. You’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team that values reliability, accuracy, and positive energy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process vehicle registrations, title work, and DMV-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other dealership systems daily
  • Maintain organized financial records, deal files, and supporting documentation
  • Support reporting, account reconciliation, and general office operations
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, service, and management teams to ensure paperwork is completed correctly and on time
  • Help keep dealership transactions moving smoothly from sale to registration
