Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Position:
Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper who will be responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports. Provides assistance to other financial functions: budgets, payroll, etc. May require a bachelor's degree. Public Accounting experience is preferred. Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in-depth knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and all aspects of payroll reporting. Must be proficient with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and have a thorough understanding of debits and credits. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Job Brief:
We are currently seeking a full-time team member to join our bookkeeping department and perform various bookkeeping duties while working closely with clientele. Potential candidates must be a self-starter and capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports.
  • Data Entry, Bank Reconciliation and preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements for our client’s accounts.
  • Preparation and supervision to ensure proper administration of tax reporting such as quarterly and annual business and payroll tax reports.
  • Understanding of compiled financial statements.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
 
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an Accounting Firm is preferred. 
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of bookkeeping procedures are a must.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize and pay attention to detail are skills highly desired for this position.
