Job description


Pay: Starting at $18.00 an hour.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Retail Cashier Floaters. This dynamic, mobile role supports multiple store locations within a designated region, providing critical coverage for staff absences, vacations, or open roles. As a Cashier Floater, you'll gain hands-on experience at different stores, meet great people, and expand your retail skills all while enjoying the perks of a steady position with room to grow. Let's Go!

Shift: Full-time with open availability between 8:00am - Midnight.
Hired to work multiple store locations.
Must be 21+ for this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude.
  • Provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts.
  • Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco).
  • In Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning.
  • Book Floaters: Reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Reliable flexibility – willing to travel and cover various shifts.
  • Retail or cashier experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking.
