Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Dallas (Grapevine, TX)

Job Details:        

Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily Readiness: Verify overnight inventory change completion; check camera/app health, job queues, and exception dashboards; log results and escalate gaps.
  • UPC Verification: Scan and validate items on the sales floor (changed, missing, new items) throughout the morning/day; confirm bin/section placement and attach notes/photos as required.
  • Template Capture: Set up at marked capture zone; follow rotation SOP (all items + barcode); ensure glare control, distance, and naming/metadata; submit templates for Operations follow up.
  • Exception Handling: Triage missing images, misaligned bins, and low-confidence cart detections; follow playbooks; close the loop with stakeholders.
  • Member & Safety First: Coordinate access to shelves with minimal aisle impact; follow PPE, lifting, forklift safety, and equipment procedures; report/correct unsafe conditions.
  • Communication & Tracking: Update task trackers; communicate status and blockers to Leads/Merch/Operations/CV team; keep tidy work area.

 

Qualifications

Minimum

  • 18+; reliable early-morning or off hours availability.
  • Comfortable with handheld scanners/smartphones and basic web dashboards on laptops.
  • Detail-oriented; can lift up to 25 lbs; stand/walk extended periods.

 

Preferred

  • Retail inventory/stocking or front-end experience.
  • Familiarity with UPCs/barcodes, planograms, and basic photo capture (lighting/framing).
