About Perfiniti Insurance

At Perfiniti Insurance, we have a passion for helping our clients obtain comprehensive and affordable coverage, while educating them throughout their lifetime. With the complexity of insurance and a wide range of options available, our clients need more than just a policy-they need exceptional guidance from someone they can trust.

We're not a national call center. We pride ourselves on providing personal, local service-whether over the phone or face-to-face. • Consult with individuals and families to assess their health coverage needs across ACA, Medicare, and Supplemental lines
  • Enroll clients in the appropriate plans during AEP, OEP, SEP, and year-round enrollment periods
  • Educate prospects on plan differences, costs, and coverage so they can make informed decisions
  • Maintain and grow a client book through referrals, community outreach, and ongoing relationship management
  • Provide year-round support for plan changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and renewals
  • Stay current on federal and state insurance regulations, carrier updates, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our internal systems

What You Bring

  • Active health insurance license (Life & Health) in Indiana, Illinois, or Kentucky required
  • Experience selling or servicing ACA Marketplace and/or Medicare products preferred
  • Strong consultative communication skills-both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own client pipeline independently
  • AHIP or Medicare certification (required or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus)

What we offer

  • Base salary of $35,000-$40,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Monthly commission payments on new enrollments-plus renewals included, so your book of business keeps paying as it grows
  • Full-time, stable position with a growing, client-focused brokerage
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment with access to carrier contracts and tools
  • Ongoing training, compliance support, and professional development opportunities
  • Full health benefits package, including:
  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Short-Term Disability (STD)
  • Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match

Requirements

 Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Supplemental products (hospital indemnity, critical illness, dental/vision)
  • Existing Medicare or ACA client book you're looking to grow
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or others)
