Summary


This position is primarily responsible for soliciting relationships with retail insurance agents in the state of Florida, growing a book of binding authority business. This role would be a Florida based role either remote or hybrid to one of our Florida offices.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop retail agent relationships and drive submission flow.
  • Master our portfolio of binding authority carriers to deliver elite underwriting expertise and fast turnaround times.
  • Deliver high quality underwriting acumen to drive profitable production within carrier appetites and guidelines.
  • Consistently engage retail client base to uncover growth opportunities and ensure premier client service experience.
  • Respond to questions from agents via telephone, email, etc.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service
  • Develop and maintain retail agent and carrier relationships
  • Assist support staff and resolve problems and questions
  • Other duties as assigned
