We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance to join our Enterprise Business Systems team. This is a hands-on techno-functional position that requires a strong understanding of Inventory and COGS accounting, general accounting and finance processes and how they function in NetSuite. In addition to core accounting/finance expertise, you will be responsible for partnering with various other departments across the organization to enhance and improve our NetSuite environments, perform ongoing maintenance, and strategic business process and integration projects related to our NetSuite environment as the main point of contact for Finance and Accounting. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have experience with core NetSuite process flows, NetSuite customization and integration, and strong project management experience.
What you'll do:
  • Primary point of contact, subject matter expert, and business relationship manager for Oura Accounting and Finance teams usage of the NetSuite platform
  • Create and customize NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards
  • Basic ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
  • Document and ideate solution designs based on accounting and finance business requirements
  • Work directly with other Oura team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more complex projects that involve integration to/from NetSuite on behalf of Oura Accounting and Finance
  • Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of basic NetSuite administration tasks related to requests from the Oura Accounting and Finance team
  • Participate as a project team member for projects related to business process improvement, NetSuite customization enhancement, GAAP and SOX compliance, implementation of new NetSuite modules, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external NetSuite consulting partners on larger strategic projects as a project member and ensure adherence to Oura and NetSuite best practices

Requirements:
  • 6+ years in IT Business Systems Analysis or Consulting, with a specific focus on leading financial system enhancements and ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP etc) implementations.
  • 3+ years NetSuite Administration or NetSuite consulting experience
  • 2+ years experience working with organizations adhering to GAAP and SOX
  • Strong functional knowledge of core accounting, Inventory & COGS accounting and finance processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP workflows
  • Proficiency mapping and documenting business processes via tools such as Confluence, Visio, or Miro
  • Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite
  • Working knowledge of concepts related to business system integration to NetSuite: iPaaS (Workato or similar), API, or direct point-to-point
  • Experience working with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on NetSuite
  • Proactive project management and communication skills working in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects
  • Experience with supply chain processes, Order Management (OM), Pricing, Inventory, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems.

Nice to Have:
  • NetSuite SuiteScript or Javascript experience
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite certification
  • CPA, CITP, or CISA certification
  • Experience working within a NetSuite environment that utilizes the Multi-Book Accounting Feature

ŌURA takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
  • Region 1: $143,000 - $169,000
  • Region 2: $130,000 - $153,000
  • Region 3: $117,000 - $138,000
