Job description

Layout, mark, cut and install floor board & decking lengths and cut holes needed for each floor unit in accordance with required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set floor on rolling dollys using hoists.
  • Install fiberglass insulation on rim joists.
  • Frame in 2x3's for stairwell and crawlspace
  • Cross measure for square
  • Install string line to meet required alignment.
  • Layout, mark, and cut OSB boards to lengths before measuring and cutting holes for plumbing.
  • Glue floor joists and install OSB boards using a nail gun and other air powered tools.
  • Router off last row of stairwells.

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
