Role Overview:

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of paid media campaigns across multiple clients, brands, and channels. This role serves as the bridge between campaign execution and strategic leadership, owning day-to-day performance while helping guide media strategy, process improvements, and team development.

The Manager will work closely with the Paid Media Director, account teams, creative teams, and analytics partners to ensure campaigns are delivering against business goals while maintaining high standards for execution, reporting, and client service


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and KPIs
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, OTT/CTV, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Own campaign performance, pacing, optimization, and budget allocation across assigned accounts
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
  • Lead campaign reporting and performance recaps, translating results into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop testing plans and creative strategies that improve performance
  • Ensure campaign setup, tracking, audience development, UTMs, and QA standards are executed accurately
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day media lead for assigned clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to media planning, forecasting, budget recommendations, and channel strategy
  • Support the development and refinement of internal processes, documentation, and best practices


Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to develop optimization strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations
  • Experience building reports and communicating results to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, or live events
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution methodologies
  • Experience working in agency or fast-paced client-service environments
  • Familiarity with CRM audiences, remarketing strategies, and audience development
