Bona Dea Gynecology combines conventional and functional medicine to offer integrative gynecological care to women in Bergen County, New Jersey, and the New York Metropolitan Area. We offer in-person and virtual consultations in NJ.

Led by Dr. Tracy Verrico โ€” a board-certified Gynecologist with over two decades of experience โ€” our practice provides personalized, root-cause solutions that empower women at every stage of life. Position Overview

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is the face and voice of Bona Dea Gynecology. As the first point of contact for patients, you set the tone for the entire experience โ€” ensuring every woman feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment she reaches out.

This part-time role is ideal for someone who is friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment. You will manage scheduling, patient communications, and check-in/check-out processes while maintaining exceptional service standards. Your performance will be measured by clear, results-driven metrics.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or front desk role (preferred).
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Athena strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy protocols.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for supporting womenโ€™s health.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience).
  • Opportunity for bonus consideration based on scorecard performance and patient satisfaction.
