Wireman III Job Location: Rancho Cordova, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate:$32-$40/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday: 5am-1:30pm Description of Position: Do you have experience as a Wireman III? We are looking for a highly skilled electrical assembly professional to join our manufacturing team. This senior-level, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from start to finish, solving complex electrical challenges, and mentoring less-experienced team members.

While this is not a management position, you will serve as a technical resource and partner closely with Engineering on advanced projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in building high-quality products from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has extensive electrical wiring experience, excels at reading and interpreting schematics, and is confident troubleshooting complex systems. Experience with PLCs and automation is a strong plus and will help you succeed in this advanced technical role.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble complex electrical wiring systems and control panels with minimal supervisionRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs)Perform advanced electrical testing, diagnostics, and troubleshootingSupport prototype builds, new product introductions (NPI), and engineering change ordersCollaborate with Engineering to resolve design and manufacturability issuesProvide technical guidance and mentoring to Wireman I and II team membersRecommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productionEnsure all work meets company quality, safety, and compliance standards Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established electrical equipment supply company in Rancho Cordova, California.
