As a Bolt Driver, your workday generally involves logging into the Bolt app, accepting ride requests, picking up passengers, and transporting them to their destinations safely and efficiently. The role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to choose your own working hours and take on as many or as few rides as you prefer, which is ideal for those seeking part-time or supplemental income. You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle, keeping it clean, and providing friendly customer service throughout each ride. While most drivers work independently, there are support systems and a driver community available for assistance and advice.

Job description

The Company
Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation - creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.
This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special - a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Your Team
The spa is one of the most intimate and emotionally important parts of a Bolt Farm stay - and one of its strongest revenue drivers. The team delivers signature couples experiences in a nature-immersed Wellness Haven with mountaintop views, under new spa leadership with new standards and a new schedule model.
The book is full and growing: fall dates are near capacity, a fourth treatment room is being added, and the team is expanding to meet demand. Therapists here are supported by a dedicated Spa Attendant who owns laundry, linens, and product trays, and a Spa Concierge who owns everything outside the treatment - so your scope stays on the craft.
Your Role
As an Entry-Level Licensed Massage Therapist, you help couples feel deeply relaxed, cared for, and restored through high-quality, personalized bodywork. Guests arrive carrying stress and distance; they leave reconnected. You create that shift.
The role is built to protect both your craft and your body. Every treatment pays you for 90 minutes: 80 minutes of hands-on work that is never shortened or interrupted, plus 10 paid minutes to turn your room. You'll deliver up to five treatments a day, four days a week, with start times honored exactly. Nearly every treatment is a couple, so you'll usually work alongside a fellow therapist. You never sell, schedule, or collect payment - hands-on bodywork at a world-class standard is the entire job. And with the spa's widest operating window running 7 AM to 7 PM, there are no late-night shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level
  • Perform our signature couples experiences and approved modalities - Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone - within your training and licensure
  • Deliver our treatments exactly as written - our products, our soundtrack, our room settings, no personal variations
  • Consult with guests before each service on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes
  • Protect the calm of the room: presence, warmth, and consistency in every session
  • Keep your treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with your Attendant's support
  • Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest - the Concierge owns retail
  • Follow all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards

Minimum Requirements
  • Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing
  • Availability for the fixed 4-day schedule offered, including at least one weekend day and holidays
  • Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week
  • Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN

Nice to Have (Plus)
  • Professional spa, wellness, hospitality, or clinical experience is a plus - but we hire for skill, not résumé length. New therapists with excellent hands are welcome and wanted.
  • Luxury spa, resort, or wellness retreat experience is a plus
  • Training in specialty modalities such as prenatal, hot stone, or couples massage
  • Experience serving couples or special-occasion guests

Compensation
Your rate is based on skill and guest experience - not years of experience. New and veteran therapists start at the same $100 base and earn the same path up.
  • $100 per 80-minute treatment at hire - the highest per-treatment rate of any employed massage therapist role in Tennessee.
  • Earn up to $120 per treatment through a performance bonus tied to guest experience results - applied to every treatment you deliver, on top of your base rate.
  • $120-$140 per treatment at our senior Lead LMT tier.
  • Up to 20 treatments a week - roughly $100,000 a year, up to $125,000 with performance bonuses.
  • Paid for 90 minutes of work per treatment: 80 hands-on, 10 to turn the room.
  • Paid weekly.
  • No commission, no retail quota, no upsell. Guest experience is the only variable.
  • W-2 employee.

Growth: four tiers, from entry to Lead LMT. Every step raises your rate on every treatment. Full bonus and tier details are covered with your manager when you join.
Schedule & Availability
  • You work the same 4 days every week, on the same shift, assigned when you accept the offer.
  • Up to 5 treatments per day. Your appointment times are set in advance and never move - no surprise add-ons, no shifting starts.
  • The company builds the schedule. No week-to-week availability submissions, no choosing guests, no adjusting your own start times. Swaps and time off go through your manager in our system.
  • 3 consistent days off, every week.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required.
  • A fifth day is overflow work - offered, never owed. Our system works the way it works. If that structure sounds like relief, you will do the best work of your career here. If it sounds like a cage, this is not your role.

Location: 600 English Cove Road, Whitwell, TN 37397
If you want a quiet, easy spa job where "good enough" passes and you set your own hours, this is not your seat. If you take pride in making people feel genuinely restored - and you want the highest per-treatment rate in Tennessee, your body protected, and three consistent days off every week - this may be your seat.
