Position Overview

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support fast-paced, self-perform projects in the Milwaukee area across multiple market sectors (healthcare, data centers and industrial). You will gain valuable experience in multiple self-perform scopes including concrete, steel, carpentry, and masonry. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who wants hands-on field exposure, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into project management.
As a Project Engineer, you will provide on-site support to the Project Manager and Superintendent by driving RFIs and submittals, coordinating procurement, tracking field productivity, and helping maintain schedule integrity. You'll be immersed in the daily rhythm of the jobsite and play a critical role in keeping work moving safely and efficiently.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $66,700 - $90,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
