We are hiring skilled craft personnel across multiple trades to support a variety of industrial construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned craft duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or blueprints as applicable to your craft.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow company and client safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support additional tasks and cross-craft needs as required by the project.


Requirements

Essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background checks as required by project specifications.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to working safely and delivering quality workmanship.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces, elevated heights, and varying weather conditions.
  • Experience in one or more of the listed crafts (all levels welcome: helper, apprentice, journeyman).
  • Valid certifications (e.g., welding, equipment operation) preferred but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Outdoor construction environments, including all weather conditions.
  • Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy objects and materials.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in awkward positions.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking on uneven surfaces.
  • Routine exposure to loud noise, dust, and fumes.
  • Possible exposure to hazardous materials and sharp objects.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at elevated heights.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Adequate vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
  • Adequate hearing and clear communication in noisy environments.
