Position Responsibilities
  • Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and duct systems
  • Lead installation projects from start to finish while maintaining company quality standards
  • Train, mentor, and support installation team members on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills
  • Review job specifications, blueprints, and installation plans before project execution
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within established labor budgets
  • Perform equipment start-up, commissioning, testing, and system verification
  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners, builders, and internal team members
  • Complete job documentation, job packets, change orders, and project reporting accurately
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions in the field
  • Maintain a professional jobsite and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
  • Strong experience installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and duct systems
  • EPA Certification required
  • Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills

  • Ability to independently manage installation projects from start to completion
  • NATE Certification preferred but not required
