Protech Mechanical (a Crete United Company) is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our Houston, TX service operations. This role is responsible for managing technicians, driving service revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate has strong commercial HVAC experience, proven leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

A growing commercial HVAC services organization is expanding into the Houston market and is seeking a Mechanical Service Manager to help lead and grow its service operations.

This role blends leadership, field support, and business ownership—ideal for someone who can develop technicians, support service growth, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in building a strong service team while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day service operations across technicians and field activity

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial systems (RTUs to chillers and more)
  • Experience leading technicians in a service-driven environment
