Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $38 Per Hour – Paid Weekly & Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Full-time (4x10s with alternating 4-day weekends), Day shift, On-call rotation every 4 to 8 weeks

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Perform expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Service specialized equipment including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air rotation units, and water source heat pumps.
  • Diagnose system issues efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high quality standards.
  • Mentor entry-level technicians and apprentices through our in-house trade development programs.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to maintain daily operational efficiency and project safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on HVAC service or maintenance experience.
  • Solid technical understanding of residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (locally within project boundaries).
  • Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and continuous learning.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC 1&2, EPA, or Refrigeration.
  • Universal EPA Refrigerant certification and Gas Fitters license.
  • Previous exposure to industrial refrigeration systems, hot water boilers, or air-cooled chillers.
