Job description

Aime Leon Dore is looking for a BOH Associate to join our team in NY, reporting directly to the Operations Manager at our NY Flagship. This position will be responsible for supporting inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance.

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all retail replenishments and sendbacks are actioned on and completed in a timely manner
    • Ensure all retail replenishment are backstocked and organized properly in their designated homes 
    • Work to constantly improve the BOH layout and flow of goods to the sales floor for maximum efficiency
  • Operations: Support all retail team requests, prepare the store for any upcoming releases, perform inventory cycle counts, repairs, and maintain communication with the Operations Supervisor on anything inventory / logistics related
    • Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Aime Leon Dore policies and procedures. 
    • Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all operational tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
    • Run calls and checks to the floor in a timely manner
    • Ensure all visual and BOH standards are being followed and maintained.
    • Perform opening and closing tasks to prepare the space for the sales day ahead
    • Assist the VM team with any weekly or seasonal changes to ensure floor is sales ready
  • Logistics: Receive all incoming shipments and place them in appropriate receiving areas during operating hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail operations and stock handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel 
  • Flexible working hours

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis
  • Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift

Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
