How does a BOH associate typically collaborate with other restaurant team members during busy service periods?

As a BOH (Back of House) Associate, you'll work closely with both kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth food preparation and timely order delivery. Communication is essential, especially during peak hours, as you may need to coordinate with servers, chefs, and dishwashers to handle special requests or resolve any issues quickly. You'll also play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, which helps the entire team operate efficiently. Collaboration and adaptability are crucial for meeting customer expectations and maintaining a positive work environment.

What is a BOH associate?
