Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support to GCIB senior leader(s), ensuring seamless daytoday operations and effective management of schedules, communications, and priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Support meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and followups
  • Maintain organization of documents, files, and records
  • Assist with adhoc projects and administrative initiatives as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
