Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Business Operations & Project Data Analyst Level 3

Work Location: Berkeley, MO
Shift: First
Start Time: 8:00 AM
End Time: 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals, including sourcing strategy, schedule imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation.
  • Collects, analyzes, and reviews complex quantitative scheduling and project data to report project performance through written reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Tracks program and project effectiveness using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
  • Identifies risks and opportunities, develops mitigation plans, maintains status reports, and supports analysis and coordination of results with the accounting organization.
  • Collects, organizes, and provides data to maintain program status, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance.
  • Assists with collecting engineering data for proposal responses.
  • Supports management of team program and project metrics, including trend analysis.
  • Develops and manages complex Gantt Charts using standard project schedule tracking tools.
  • Recommends and coordinates information to support engineering business cases and partners with functional leaders to develop project action plans.
  • Supports Adaptive Planning forecasting, system loads, and reporting.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting process or project metrics.
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • 3+ years of experience assisting and leading teams in business processes, including establishing engineering baselines and projections for large-scale projects.
  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations and presenting information to multiple levels of management.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role managing large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Familiarity with Boeing Defense & Space and Boeing Global Services programs and organization.
  • Experience with Boeing risk and opportunity processes and tools, including BORIS.
  • Knowledge of Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented professional.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of complex data and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience or 10+ years of related work experience).
