Global Sales Leader - Commercial Material Sales & Managed Programs

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Leader - Commercial Material Sales & Managed Programs to lead sales of the $8B+ Commercial Spares & Manage Programs worldwide business in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across our global markets and customer segments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling sales, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer and internal relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BGS-Commercial Parts & Distribution Services Global Sales teams.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining Boeing as a credible market leader in this sector.

  • Responsible for a portfolio with nearly $8 billion in revenue and margin performance of the global team as well as building a strategic plan (pipeline) for future growth

  • Leads the development and achievement of Business Unit sales targets.

  • Lead organization responsible for relationship management, product expertise, campaign management, and opportunity identification; including: responsibility for pushing products/services to targets customers, identifying target customers and opportunities based on market trends.

  • Sets order and revenue performance metrics, ensure sales functional excellence execution.

  • Interfaces with Business Unit Leadership, Business Development Leadership, Boeing International and Airplane Sales Regional Leadership.

  • Leads customer interface and coordinate with subsidiaries, JV partners and suppliers on business initiatives to ensure customer and Boeing business objectives are met.

  • Develops sales strategies and business plans for key products and services.

  • Clear and timely assessments of the implications to BGS of long-term changes in market environment and structure.

  • Expand the overall parts market share each year and understand services competitors and insight to BGS leaders on the competitive landscape and impacts to BGS.

  • Mentor and coach team of direct reports, members within BGS Sales, and the extended Sales and Marketing team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager leading teams

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace parts and distribution services industry

  • Minimum 3 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading globally dispersed teams

  • Experience managing mid-level and senior managers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 years of experience in sales

  • 10 years in the aerospace parts and distribution services industry

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with change management
