Your mission

As a Boeing 737 First Officer at Neos, you will help deliver safe, on-time operations and an exceptional passenger experience across our expanding network.

  • Operate the Boeing 737 (300–900/NG) as Copilot, adhering to SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and in-flight decision making.
  • Execute precise, procedural flying with strong CRM and threat-and-error management.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Italian with ATC, crew, and ground teams.
  • Uphold Neos’ safety culture, reporting standards, and continuous improvement practices.
What you’ll bring
  • Total time: 800 hours minimum
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME (EASA)
  • Type rating: Boeing 737 (300–900 / NG)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 (English)
