Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of success in enterprise software, SaaS, government-technology, or public-safety-technology sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to law enforcement, justice, or federal/state/county/municipal government agencies.
  • Proven ability to generate new pipeline through direct prospecting.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing complex, lengthy, multi-stakeholder government sales cycles.
  • Understanding of public-sector budgeting, procurement, contracting, and competitive solicitation.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with agency executives, attorneys, investigators, IT and security leaders, and procurement officials.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • CRM proficiency for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating internal teams and partners.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, conferences, and partner activities.
  • Excellent English communication and U.S. market experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships within law enforcement, prosecution, public defense, courts, corrections, or federal public-safety agencies.
  • Experience selling digital evidence management, body-camera, RMS, CAD, redaction, video management, investigation, cybersecurity, cloud, or AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with evidence handling, chain of custody, discovery, disclosure, FOIA, public records, retention, and digital-evidence workflows.
  • Working knowledge of the FBI CJIS Security Policy and related public-sector security requirements.
  • Experience with government contract vehicles, cooperative purchasing, resellers, distributors, and systems integrators.
  • Experience selling on-premises, private-cloud, dedicated-cloud, SaaS, or air-gapped solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
