CRLA is a new and growing charter public school network with schools in San Juan Capistrano and in Yorba Linda. CRLA is launching a new school in Saddleback Valley in the 2026/27 school year.

Position Overview The Classical Physical Education Teacher is responsible for cultivating physical fitness, character development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in alignment with the mission and values of the school

This individual will provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for students in Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade while promoting habits of discipline, perseverance, respect, and joyful movement. The ideal candidate understands the value of classical education and views physical education as an opportunity to develop the whole child; mind, body, and character. Instruction should encourage healthy competition, cooperation, self-control, and leadership while fostering a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and wellness.

Essential Duties and Requirements Establish a school culture that inspires and empowers the next generation of California's leaders to excel academically, to be proud Americans, proud Californians, and to impact the world with excellence derived from an education like that which produced the inspired servant leaders who founded our great nation.
