ROLE:
As a Body Sculpting Consultant & Care Manager at West Lake Body Sculpting Spa, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their body transformation journey by conducting consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and fostering long-term relationships. This role seamlessly integrates client care, sales strategy, and service coordination to deliver exceptional experiences. With expertise in non-invasive treatments like fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage, you will educate and support clients while driving sales and retention, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their wellness goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client’s body goals, lifestyle, and concerns.
● Educate clients on the benefits and expectations of non-invasive treatments, including fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage.
● Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations.
● Design customized treatment plans that align with client goals and drive the best possible results.
● Effectively communicate treatment benefits and upsell packages to both new and returning clients.
● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
● Maintain detailed records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
● Implement strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
● Encourage referrals and positive client testimonials to grow the Iconic Spa community.
 ● Ensure a smooth scheduling process for all client treatments
● Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment that aligns with Iconic Spa’s high standards.
 ● Stay informed on industry trends, new technology, and treatment advancements to enhance service offerings.
 ● Track personal sales performance, client retention rates, and treatment effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the spa.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Prior experience in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry preferred.
● Background in massage therapy, fitness training, esthetics, nursing, dietetics, or related field is preferred..
● Strong customer service and sales experience with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
● Passion for helping clients achieve their body goals while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

RESULTS:

● Client Conversion Rate ○ 70%+ of consultations result in a booked treatment package.
● Revenue Performance  ○ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $5,000 through new sales, upsells, and cross-sells.
● Client Retention Rate ○ 75%+ of clients return for follow-up treatments or additional services. 
● Client Satisfaction & Reviews ○ 4.8+ star average rating on Google/Yelp with at least 5 new positive reviews per month and 2+ client referrals per month.
● Appointment Utilization Rate ○ 90%+ of available appointment slots are booked and utilized effectively to maximize efficiency and revenue. 
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
● Salary: $13-15  Hr. with commission opportunities. 
● Commission Structure: ○ 5% commission on all new sales generated by internal marketing efforts. ○ 7% commission on all new sales generated through your personal referral and client acquisition efforts.
