Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Body Shop Manager (Truck) located in Lynchburg, VA. The Body Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the truck body shop, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and adhering to quality and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with the aftersales and service teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
