DARCARS Collision Center of Fairfax is now hiring a Painter!

Our Painter is responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying automotive refinish materials to vehicle surfaces and sub-assemblies, following all applicable standards and procedures to ensure high-quality results.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of two years of professional automotive painting experience.
  • Strong skill in color matching and blending paint.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
  • ​​​​Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare vehicles for delivery by taping, sanding, buffing, and performing final surface preparations.
  • Safely operate all tools and equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Properly maintain and wear all required safety and protective equipment, including the respirator recommended by the manufacturer.
