What You'll Do

As a Collision Body Shop Technician, you'll restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform complete collision repairs including structural, frame, and cosmetic repairs
  • Replace and repair body panels, doors, fenders, hoods, bumpers, quarter panels, and other components
  • Perform frame and unibody repairs using manufacturer specifications
  • Weld, align, and fit replacement parts
  • Repair dents and damaged sheet metal
  • Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, filling, masking, and priming
  • Assist with refinishing as needed
  • Install trim, lights, mirrors, moldings, and other exterior components
  • Work closely with estimators, service advisors, and fellow technicians
  • Complete repair documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Deliver repairs that exceed customer expectations

  • Minimum 3 years of collision repair/body shop experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
