The Voss Auto Collision is hiring a full-time Body Shop Estimator.

The Voss Auto Collision Centre is one of the largest collision centers in the Miami Valley.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-6:00 pm

The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for greeting all customers promptly and giving fair and detailed cost and time appraisals required for bodywork on damaged vehicles for insurance claim settlement.

Responsibilities:

As a body shop estimator, you will be responsible for:

Keeping the customer informed of the progress and any changes that arise. Will use your excellent customer service and follow-through skills.

Reviewing repair cost estimates with the body shop manager.

Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.

Writing competitive estimates for insurance companies within each insurance company's time frame.

Getting all paperwork processed timely and accurate.

Preparing final invoice and any supplements prior to the customer arriving to pick up the vehicle.

Final inspection of the vehicle after all work is performed.

Qualifications:

The body shop estimator requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

You will use your strong computer skills every day

Being able to compute ratios, percentages, and rates is used daily.

You will need to be able to read and understand directions, data, and SOPs that are required by the insurance companies and the Voss Collision Centre.

The Voss Collision Centre will make sure that you have the training needed to be successful as a body shop estimator.
