Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, designed to foster collaboration and engagement among healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Balanced Body Rehab, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, assessing patients’ strength, range of motion, and functional limitations.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, focusing on their unique recovery goals and potential challenges.
  • Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release to facilitate healing.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education tailored to each patient's abilities, emphasizing mobility restoration and re-injury prevention.
  • Specialize in post-surgical rehabilitation, supporting patients through their recovery journey after orthopedic procedures like joint replacements and ligament repairs.
  • Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities into treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and home exercise programs that support independent recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, athletic trainers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal recovery trajectories.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment protocols in adherence to state regulations and clinic policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
