Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services, including post-operative care, sports injury rehabilitation, and long-term management of chronic conditions. You will be working onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, designed to foster collaboration and engagement among healthcare professionals. The facility features spacious treatment rooms, dedicated areas for therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work environment that encourages work-life balance.

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Balanced Body Rehab, you will:

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, assessing patients’ strength, range of motion, and functional limitations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, focusing on their unique recovery goals and potential challenges.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release to facilitate healing.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education tailored to each patient's abilities, emphasizing mobility restoration and re-injury prevention.
• Specialize in post-surgical rehabilitation, supporting patients through their recovery journey after orthopedic procedures like joint replacements and ligament repairs.
• Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities into treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and home exercise programs that support independent recovery.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, athletic trainers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal recovery trajectories.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment protocols in adherence to state regulations and clinic policies.

The diverse patient population you will serve includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic discomfort. You will engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds, each with unique needs and recovery objectives, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their health and wellbeing.

• A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Oregon PT license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings.
• Solid foundation in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programming.
• Knowledge of post-operative rehabilitation protocols and best practices for orthopedic surgeries.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric orthopedic cases is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient data accurately and efficiently.
• Certification in specific modalities or specialized rehabilitation techniques (e.g., dry needling) is advantageous.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
