What You'll Do
  • Perform high-quality collision and body repairs

  • Repair and replace damaged body panels

  • Straighten vehicle frames and complete structural repairs

  • Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-standard equipment

  • Work closely with estimators and service advisors to ensure repairs are completed on time

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

  • Deliver repairs that meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of Body Shop and/or Frame Technician experience

  • Strong knowledge of collision repair and frame straightening

  • ASE and/or I-CAR certifications are a plus

  • Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

$70,000–$120,000+ per year, based on experience and productivity.

Sign-on bonus available for experienced technicians.
