Years Of Experience Required: 2 years. Years Of Experience Preferred: Physical Working Conditions: Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight. Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20 to 50 lbs). Examples: Nurses, LPNs, and Physical Therapists. Environmental Working Conditions: Indoor area with frequent exposure. Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature, and noise. Examples: patient care providers and laboratory technicians. Hazards: OSHA Category 1. Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, and other potentially infectious materials. Position & Unit Accountabilities: Upholds Standards/Expectations of HSS Staff - Prioritizes assignments. Demonstrate ability to prioritize, manage time, and maximize productivity. Supports Department Activities - Dependable and reliable. Is dependable and reliable with coworkers and independent work. Plans and Organizes - Supports department goals & objectives. Upholds HSS Professional/Clinical Standards – General (Communication).Initiates and maintains open, direct and effective documented and verbal communication with colleagues/medical staff and all members of the department as applicable. Responds to emails, and communications/ messages as soon as possible in a professional manner with compassion and understanding.

Education Required: A Bachelor's degree (e. g., BA, BS, BSN, BSW). Education Preferred: Masters.
