Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Practice Setting: Surgical & Dermatology Practice | Outpatient Surgical Center

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • No weekends required

  • On-call responsibilities: To be discussed during the interview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Body Plastic Surgeon to join a growing, well-established surgical and dermatology practice in Fulshear, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role based in a modern outpatient surgical center, focused on cosmetic and reconstructive body procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in body contouring surgeries, patient-focused, and interested in contributing to practice growth while delivering exceptional surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive body procedures, including: Liposuction, Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck), Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Post-weight loss body contouring, Brachioplasty (Arm Lift), Thigh Lift, Mommy Makeover procedures, Fat transfer procedures

  • Conduct comprehensive surgical consultations and pre-operative evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical findings

  • Provide post-operative follow-up care and manage complications as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

  • Ensure compliance with surgical safety standards, infection control, and best practices

  • Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiology, and surgical coordinators for optimal patient flow

  • Educate patients on procedural risks, recovery expectations, and realistic outcomes

  • Participate in practice growth and marketing initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • MD degree from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (ABPS or equivalent)

  • Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

  • Demonstrated expertise in cosmetic body procedures

Preferred:

  • Fellowship training in Aesthetic Surgery

  • Experience in a high-volume cosmetic surgery practice

  • Strong portfolio of before-and-after surgical outcomes

  • Interest in practice development and patient education

Work Environment:

  • Outpatient surgical center and clinic setting

  • Requires standing for extended periods and performing complex surgical procedures

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team
