Job description

TW Enterprises, part of the Home Oil Company family of companies, is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Bobtail Fuel Driver to join our team in Bainbridge, Georgia.
The Bobtail Fuel Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of petroleum products to our customers. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, dependable service, and professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load, transport, and deliver petroleum products to customer locations.
  • Load and unload fuel using appropriate drop hoses, fueling nozzles, and related equipment.
  • Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, vehicle, and other required documentation.
  • Follow all applicable DOT, FMCSA, company safety, and hazardous-material transportation requirements.
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
  • Utilize GPS and navigation systems, including connected and non-connected systems.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations related to deliveries and fuel quantities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, supervisors, and other team members.
  • Follow all company policies and established safety procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Minimum of one year of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driving experience.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle at least 40 pounds.
  • Acceptable driving record consistent with company and insurance requirements.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned schedules and routes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe driving and safe work practices.
  • Ability to represent TW Enterprises professionally when interacting with customers and the public.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • At least one year of fuel hauling or petroleum delivery experience.
