As a full-line Bobcat and XCMG dealer serving Minnesota and Northern Iowa, we support a wide range of customers across construction, agriculture, landscaping, municipalities, and industrial markets. Our technicians play a critical role in keeping customers productive by delivering dependable repairs and industry-leading service.
What You'll Do
Diagnose & Repair Equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction and agricultural equipment
  • Perform repairs on diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrains, and attachments
  • Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software and service tools to accurately identify and resolve issues
  • Perform warranty repairs, machine setup, and pre-delivery inspections
  • Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards
Preventive Maintenance & Inspections
  • Complete routine maintenance services and equipment inspections
  • Identify potential issues before they lead to costly downtime
  • Recommend repairs and maintenance solutions that improve equipment reliability and performance
Customer & Team Support
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and fellow technicians
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Complete repair orders, service documentation, and warranty paperwork accurately
  • Support customers both in the shop and during occasional field service calls
Professional Development
  • Participate in ongoing Bobcat, XCMG, and manufacturer training programs
  • Maintain technical certifications and stay current on evolving equipment technology
  • Continuously develop diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degree or certification in diesel, construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment repair or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working on compact construction, agricultural, or related equipment
  • Experience with Bobcat, XCMG, or similar equipment brands is a plus
  • Experience with diagnostic software, electronic troubleshooting, and hydraulic systems
