Looking for a dynamic and engaging part-time role? At Naga Tea USF, located in the heart of Tampa, FL, we specialize in crafting delicious boba tea and specialty beverages that bring smiles to our customers’ faces. What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Barista at Naga Tea USF, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing boba tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items following our tried-and-true recipes and standards.
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service that makes every guest feel welcome.
  • Operating the POS system to accurately process customer orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the front and back of the store.
  • Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory as needed.
  • Following all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
