As a Boba Shop Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, making delicious drinks, providing excellent service, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

General Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience:
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude addressing their needs promptly.
• Educate customers about our drink options, assist with recommendations, and handle any special requests with care.
• Drink & Food Preparation:
• Create a variety of boba drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages using precise recipes and techniques.
• Assist in preparing light snacks or desserts that complement our drinks.
• Cash Register Operations:
• Manage the register with accuracy, process payments efficiently, and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
• Shop Cleanliness & Organization:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
• Keep the preparation and service areas organized and well-stocked with inventory and reporting any shortages.
• Teamwork & Flexibility:
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient shop operations.
• Assist with various duties as needed, including restocking supplies and prepping ingredients.
• Speed & Efficiency:
• Work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours, while maintaining high product quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours with breaks).
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Comfort with repetitive hand motions (e.g., shaking drinks, scooping toppings).
• Professionalism: Maintain a clean and professional appearance along with a positive attitude.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
