About Us
Join one of New York's growing Asian bubble tea and bakery shops at Midtown Manhattan! (next to bryant park) We specialize in handcrafted bubble tea, fresh breads, pastries, and desserts made daily. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Prepare bubble tea and other beverages following our recipes
  • Package breads, pastries, and desserts
  • Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, organize, and restock inventory and supplies
  • Assist with unloading and putting away deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, bakery, café, or bubble tea is a plus, but not required—we provide training
  • Candidates seeking long-term, stable employment are strongly preferred
  • Full-time applicants are preferred
  • Must be punctual and maintain good attendance
Schedule
We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. 
Morning Shift
  • 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Evening Shift
  • 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Training
  • 7 days of paid training
  • Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided for cashiering, beverage preparation, bakery packaging, food safety, and daily store operations.
