Barista/Cashier Job Description

Starting Pay $11/Hr. plus Tips.

Tips are on average $2/Hr. so your pay will be around 13/Hr.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Expedite Food from the kitchen and serve it to the guest.

- Bag Togo and Delivery orders for guest.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety guidelines is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
