Job description

Remote Life Insurance Agent – Commission-Based


Boatman Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing life insurance team. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in insurance sales with flexible scheduling and ongoing training and support.


What you'll do:

  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their life insurance and financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on available insurance solutions
  • Conduct virtual and/or phone appointments
  • Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers
  • Complete applications and assist clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain professional communication and accurate records

What we're looking for:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Professional and dependable
  • Willingness to learn insurance products and sales processes
  • Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is helpful but not required

Licensing:

An active state life insurance license is required to sell insurance. Candidates who are not currently licensed may be considered and can complete the required state-approved pre-licensing education and licensing process before conducting insurance sales. For candidates interested in becoming licensed, we provide information and guidance on the required licensing steps, including how to complete the appropriate pre-licensing education and state licensing requirements.

Compensation:
