We are seeking an experienced and reliable Boat Yard Foreman to oversee daily operations at our boat yard in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing yard activities, coordinating maintenance and repair work, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. A boat yard foreman oversees daily operations, managing crews in hauling, blocking, launching, while ensuring safety compliance and high-quality service. They act as the central link between staff and management, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily boat yard operations including boat launching, hauling, storage, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage and schedule yard staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspect boats and equipment for damage or maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
