Job description

A Lexington, KY based company that has been in the self-storage business for over 50 years is looking for Site Managers for our self-storage facilities in Lexington. Persons selected will work in both the office and outside on the property.
Job responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via e-mail.
- Renting storage units.
- Making sure our property is clean, welcoming and customer-ready at all times.
- Working alone and in conjunction with other managers.
- Cleaning units, office, hallways and outside areas of the business.
- Performing daily lot checks.
- Processing payments, balancing cash, and preparing daily deposits.
- Performing collection efforts on past due accounts.
- Full time includes every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; college experience is preferred.
- Computer skills -- Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability and willingness to perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience a plus.
