Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a BCBA with Harmony ABA Centers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
 - Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
 - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
 - Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
 - Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
 - Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
 No evenings or weekends required.
