We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic team members to step in as Key Holders. In this role, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly, assist customers in finding the perfect games and puzzles, and ensure our store is welcoming and fun for everyone. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a neat and organized store, including restocking products and ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand.
  • Serve as a product expert, confidently answering questions and providing guidance on selection, usage, care, and maintenance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations to help them explore our products and make the most of their visit.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to support store profitability.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, efficiently assisting customers throughout their visit.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash management, inspecting products, and following security protocols.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and a positive attitude to support the team.
  • Experience with store opening/closing and cash management is considered an asset.

You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, responsible, and able to take ownership of store operations when entrusted with key-holder duties.
  • Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, and puzzles is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift to 20 pounds.
  • Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience is recommended.

Pay Rate:$17.50 per hour
