Position: Aqua Pool Server

Department: Food & Beverage - Sports Club / Aquatics
Position Overview
At Boar's Head Resort, we deliver elevated, personalized service across every guest touchpoint. As an Aqua Server, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service in our poolside and aquatics areas, creating a seamless, relaxed, yet refined guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while maintaining the poise and attention to detail expected in a luxury resort setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service to guests in poolside and aquatics areas
  • Greet guests warmly and engage using guest names whenever possible to create a memorable experience
  • Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including cabanas, seating areas, and poolside stations
  • Uphold all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service
  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations with confidence and product knowledge
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when appropriate

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous serving experience preferred; hospitality or resort experience a plus
