Job description

EventLink, a strategic partner supporting corporate driving programs in Thermal, CA, is seeking a driven and strategic Corporate Sales Specialist to accelerate growth within our Corporate Group Events division. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating revenue, managing a multi-state territory, and owning their pipeline from prospecting through contract execution while delivering a premium client experience. This role is ideal for a disciplined, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands how to build long-term corporate partnerships.
Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development and expand assigned house accounts
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and strategic follow-up
  • Own and actively manage CRM pipeline, ensuring all opportunities, activity, forecasting, and client communications are accurately documented and up to date
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, including defined next steps, close dates, and revenue projections
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and professionally represent the BMW Performance Center
  • Collaborate with the East and West coast center teams to align client objectives
  • Maintain monthly reporting, cost tracking, and internal communication in accordance with company standards
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through strategic networking
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal departments
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related remote sales field preferred

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing a CRM pipeline with forecasting accountability
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Docusign.
